Paralives Wiki is an unofficial, community-educational website. Content is provided for general information about the game Paralives during Early Access and related fan topics.

We do not guarantee that guides are complete, current, or error-free. Game mechanics, item stats, and map data can change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or data.
• Scraping or automated harvesting that unreasonably burdens our infrastructure (good-faith indexing by search engines is acceptable).
• Uploading malware, spam, or misleading content through any channel we provide.
• Impersonating the wiki, game developers, or other users.

Original wiki text, layout, and branding we create are owned by Paralives Wiki or its contributors and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial reading and sharing with attribution to paraliveswiki.com.

Paralives game assets, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants you a license to those materials beyond fair use or the rights expressly granted by the rights holder.

Third-party links & embeds

The Site links to external services (Steam Workshop, YouTube, social platforms, mod sites). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or secure operation, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paralives Wiki and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on wiki content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for a free fan wiki).

Governing law & disputes
